Effective Multi-Touch
Aesthetec was contacted by designLAB to develop a touch-based exhibit exploring the structure of capabilities provided by IRPC. This exhibit was installed at IRPC’s new visitor center, located at its corporate headquarters in Rayong, Thailand. After considering all the available options, including video tracking and IR reflection techniques, we instead used discrete touch sensors for its durability, reliability and multi-touch capabilities.
We also worked with designLAB’s graphic artists to develop the dynamic interface, using a combination of Adobe Flash and custom developed native OS X software.
